Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within Canada, including Nunavut and Nunavik. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How long does processing take?

Orders are processed within 1 business day. Shipping times vary by destination.

What are your shipping rates?

Local Kuujjuaq pickup is free. Delivery within Kuujjuaq is $7.00. For the rest of Canada and Nunavik, rates start at $20.82 (express) or $21.83 (regular, with tracking). Nunavut rates are calculated at checkout.

Can I pick up my order locally?

Yes! Local pickup in Kuujjuaq is available and free of charge.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please read product descriptions carefully and review all photos before purchasing. If you have questions before buying, don’t hesitate to contact us.
